No. The only way we guarantee a date is if the client meets the booking requirements and the vehicle is still available.
When signing our Terms and Conditions, you are asked to provide a credit card to keep on file. Our system preauthorizes the card for $1.00; however, this should drop off your bank statement within 7 days or less.
We accept Venmo (@LowcountryValet), credit cards (with a 4% processing fee added), and checks/money orders.
All payments are handled by our sales staff. Any payments given to our chauffeurs are considered tips and are non-refundable.
